The purpose of the India-based PMO team is to support Huron’s Digital India businesses with standardized project management and ensure consistent quality of project delivery.
The Project Coordinator at a Senior Analyst level will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and closing of various projects within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements:
Coordinate and manage project activities, resources, and timelines.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.Poven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably at a Senior Analyst level.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Preferences:

· Experience in Workday - HCM or Financials.
· Foundational certificate and in Workday - HCM or Financials preferred
· Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
· Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS in Project Management) are a plus.
