Operations Representative

 

What the Job Entails: 

Create and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to: load building, dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner Assist with cost negotiation on shipments Collaborate with both carrier and sales teams Continue to follow standard operating procedures 

 

What We Are Looking For: 

High School Diploma >1 year experience in the logistics and supply chain industry Customer Operations experience within the industry preferred Problem solving skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills Possess professional phone and email mannerisms Outgoing personality, high energy, flexible Great attitude and desire to work hard  Team player mentality
