We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the highest standards of quality in our series production processes. This role involves managing quality assurance, change and deviation management, compliance, performance monitoring, supplier quality, and training. The position will be based in France. What You’ll Be DoingQuality Assurance in Series Production
Ensure compliance with product and process quality requirements, including approval of processes, documents, and capability evidence. Change & Deviation Management
Evaluate quality-related changes and manage deviations in production and purchased parts. Drive structured problem-solving processes and corrective/preventive actions. Compliance & Auditing
Secure adherence to relevant standards (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3), support internal/external audits, and prepare certification activities. Performance Monitoring
Track and report production quality KPIs (e.g., scrap rate, FPY, rework), derive improvement measures, and follow up on implementation. Supplier Quality Serial Production
Handle supplier complaints, blocked stock, and return to vendor process and monitor effectiveness of supplier corrective actions, within the serial production products. Training & Development
Provide training and guidance for production staff in quality methods and contribute to the further development of quality management systems. What We're Looking For
Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Professional experience in production quality management, ideally in automotive/industry/electronics. Strong knowledge of quality methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3). Experience in problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, CIP). Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in France and English. Willingness to travel occasionally. What You'll Get from Us
