Essential Function: Key member of the Store Operations team participates in program and project development, prepares content for communications, and assists with the implementation of programs and projects. Responsible for creating and implementing communications, policies and procedures that enable the stores/field to successfully achieve sales and customer experience objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that will result in the rollout of programs and store-facing activities that are easy to understand and execute. Serves as a go-to resource for Stores and Operations Leadership to provide general support across all areas of the business.

Keep abreast of store processes and procedures; establish thorough understanding of challenges and opportunities across the store operation. Develop policy and procedures in partnership with subject matter experts; ensure all content is timely, accurate and aligns with the needs of the store/field teams.10%:
Provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and timeline. Aid in the facilitation of project meetings; follow up with team members to ensure the efficient implementation, including delegating duties to all needed parties and keeping team members informed of the project needs, deadline changes, and functionality. Monitor store and field feedback; research and answer questions; identify issues that are global in nature and follow up to understand root cause; partner cross-functionally as needed for resolution. Support and/or lead ad hoc Operations projects. Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Remain current on technical and professional developments affecting areas of responsibility. Other duties and projects as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelors degree or relevant experience in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing or related field. 3+ years experience in retail environment with strong understanding of retail processes and procedures. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-browsers. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills are essential. Project management experience. Experience with task management and online communication technology preferred. Flexible schedule - some evenings and weekends may be required; ability to travel as needed (limited travel).Competencies / Attributes
