Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply/Demand Planning in Enterprise products that include Server and Storage products.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience managing Contract Manufacturers and Component Suppliers, and in materials build readiness in NPI and supply chain readiness for Production.
+ Experience in enterprise product supply chain operations from planning to deployment.
Preferred qualifications:
+ MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations, or a similar field.
+ Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations.
+ Knowledge about typical hardware BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes.
+ Ability to communicate project requirements and schedules.
+ Excellent leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills.

As a Program Manager for Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO), you will deliver reliability and efficiency to Google's technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing programs, defining requirements, managing project schedules, and communicating to stakeholders.

+ Lead cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions for Enterprise products that include Server and Storage NPI.
+ Plan and execute operations development activities ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters, and ensure production transitions meet program goals.
+ Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (e.g., material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
+ Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule, or demand.
+ Drive Build Coordination with internal teams and external partners (e.g., build readiness, build management).
