OPERATIONS SPECIALIST Be a part of a dynamic team! Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking to employ an Operations Specialist to join a diverse team of professionals dedicated to providing the best service to their clients. This position will report to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities: + Support brokerage teams during system migration by helping to identify and resolve discrepancies for smooth transition. + Collaborate with systems and brokerage teams to define, enhance and optimize processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. + Manage and streamline accounts receivable operations (invoicing processes and collaborating with payment processing teams, ensuring timely transactions). + Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with organizational standards. + Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to accurate financial reporting. + Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational performance, both financial and non-financial. + Analyze data and performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for teams and senior management to inform decision-making. + Provide additional support to the Bermuda leadership team, as required. Required skills and experience: + An accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA). + A minimum of 10 years’ Bermuda (re)insurance industry experience. + Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards within the (re)insurance industry. + Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. + Experience in premium payments administration within the (re)insurance industry. + Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
