Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Production Assistant to serve as a vital communication bridge within our 24/7 medical manufacturing facility. This role is essential in fostering workforce engagement, promoting organizational alignment, and ensuring clear communication of our site vision and strategic goals across all shifts and departments.

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Engagement

Facilitate effective communication between production teams, management, and support departments across all shiftsDevelop and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivityOrganize and coordinate team meetings, huddles, and information sessionsCreate and distribute internal communications including newsletters, updates, and announcementsGather feedback from frontline employees and communicate insights to management

Vision & Goal Promotion

Champion company vision, mission, and strategic objectives throughout the organizationDevelop creative campaigns to communicate site goals and performance metricsCollaborate with our Culture Ambassadors and TeamsSupport change management initiatives and new program rolloutsAssist in creating visual displays and communication boards for production areasHelp translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable messages for all team members

Operational Support

Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and employee engagement metricsAssist with coordination of training programs for the operations staff and safety initiativesSupport continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing effortsHelp facilitate cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving sessionsMaintain documentation of communication processes and engagement activities
