Description:Overview
You will be the Operations Product Lead, Sr. for the MFC Dallas Production Operations portfolio. Our team is a critical link between internal and external customers, working closely with Dallas Operations center managers and functional leadership to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Product Lead, Sr., you will serve as the bridge between the shop floor and the program team, driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on program success. You will be responsible for spearheading key initiatives, developing and implementing recovery plans, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Spearheading Yield Improvement (YIT), Corrective Actions (CA), Cost Improvement, and other initiatives that drive program benefits
* Serving as the program's voice within Dallas Operations, keeping site leaders and staff informed of key program details
* Developing and implementing recovery plans as needed to ensure program success
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and growth

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• Previous experience/interface with customers
• Previous manufacturing/production operations experience
Desired Skills:
• Project management experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
