Job Summary

The Operations Process Specialist drives the process of excellence across our operations. This role will focus on identifying, standardizing, and optimizing processes across departments to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance while supporting our growth and operational goals.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings hands-on experience in continuous improvement methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

Essential Functions

Drive the execution of ECO-related tasks in Operations, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely implementation and documentationDevelop comprehensive plans for ECO implementation, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources. Ensure all ECOs align with company goals and regulatory requirements.Identify potential risks associated with ECOs and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols. Ensure all ECOs meet the required standards and specifications.Analyze and optimize existing operational processes for effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency, and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesLead process-related projects across key operational areas. This includes developing SOPs, defining and tracking KPIs, maintaining visual flows and training materials, and ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and stakeholders


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Recommended: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification in operational excellence2+ years of experience in process improvement and operational excellencePrior experience in medical devices, or regulated industry, is preferred.Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and Operations quality


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from operational data and tools.Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority.Written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.Continuous improvement mindset paired with a problem-solving approach, supported by familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., VSM), KPIs, and dashboards.
