Operations Process Lead – Spirits

Position Responsibilities: Lead Hub & Spoke for long tail items including beer and liquor from design and training to execution Lead liquor and spirits projects including but not limited to supplier acquisitions, warehouse preparation, route and shuttle planning, ensuring the right resources are allocated throughout the new process Manage warehouse projects and initiatives related to liquor and spirits to achieve desired results and client satisfaction within budget and schedule Assure systems are in place at warehouse and regional level to create timely and accurate delivery of all products with emphasis on liquor and spirits to maintain a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction Supports local leadership with liquor change management processes Travel up to 75% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
