Responsibilities: + Oversee the daily regional operations of the oncology/infusion pharmacies, including workflow management, staffing, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. + Develop and manage the pharmacy budget for the oncology\infusion area, including forecasting drug needs, controlling costs, and optimizing purchasing strategies. + Maintain strict adherence to USP, CO SBOP, and other relevant regulations and guidelines for sterile compounding and handling of hazardous drugs.
