Operations Performance Lead

The Operational Performance Lead is a highly collaborative enabler of execution leading cross functional initiatives across our global supply chain teams. Acting as the performance engine behind our strategic initiatives, this role bridges Planning with delivery— promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement bringing discipline, visibility, and momentum to how we operate.

You’ll be the connective tissue across our Planning teams, ensuring our priorities are clearly tracked, our communications are consistent, and our performance outcomes are measurable and actioned. You will also work with other Operational Performance Lead peers across the broader supply chain.   

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the details but never loses sight of the bigger picture. You’ll not only track the work—you will own the rhythm, drive accountability, and amplify results.  

 

Let’s talk about Responsibilities  

1. Drive Operational Cadence & Cross-Functional Collaboration   

Partner with Senior leadership to define, track, and execute on strategic priorities, driving alignment across teams, identifying risks and removing roadblocks. 

Facilitate regular planning performance meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring the right conversations happen at the right time with clear ownership of outcomes.  

Build strong relationships across global teams, acting as a trusted partner who unblocks issues, connects insights, and keeps things moving.  

Actively participate in shaping how we collaborate, bringing structure to ambiguity and building trust across regions and teams.  

2. Own Execution Visibility and Initiative Tracking  

Maintain and enhance our teams’ contributions to Strategic Imperatives, Key Initiatives, and Annual Operating Plan progress.  

Own the initiative tracker—ensuring clarity around timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures.  

Proactively surface bottlenecks, propose solutions, and escalate critical issues with a focus on impact.  

 

3. Lead Performance Reporting & Data-Driven Reviews  

Own the monthly and quarterly performance reporting rhythm for Global Supply Chain Planning—pulling together KPIs, initiative updates, and operational insights into compelling narratives.  

Translate data into actions: help teams understand not just what the numbers say, but what to do next. Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 

Partner with Finance and Data Insights teams to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful insights that drive decision-making.  

4. Enable Productivity & Outcome Ownership  

Collaborate with initiative owners to track financial and operational outcomes, ensuring ROI is visible and real.  

Act as a proactive partner in identifying improvement opportunities and shaping high-impact projects. promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

  

5. Amplify Communication & Internal Engagement  

Co-create communication materials that inform, inspire, and align the team to the supply chain strategy.  

Roll out internal messaging and engagement campaigns tied to performance outcomes, transformation updates, and cultural alignment.  

Establish and maintain channels for transparent updates, storytelling, and feedback loops.  

 

6. Optimize Dashboards & Decision Enablement  

Champion and support the development and use of dashboards across the Global Supply Chain Planning team to support real-time decision-making within Supply Chain.  

Continuously improve how we capture and present data—ensuring the tools we use help us act faster and smarter.  

Train and support teams in leveraging dashboards and reports effectively.  

 

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience  

6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, Business Performance, or Transformation roles. 

Strong analytical and visualization skills with a data-driven mindset. 

Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity and inspire action. 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 

 

Preferred (Qualifications/experiences that are preferred for the position) 

Self-starter with a bias for execution and improvement.  

Experience managing performance rhythms, reporting cycles, and business reviews.
