What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and depositing funds rec’d for transfer in and/or out requests from other financial institutions.. As a professional, representing RBC and its values, you will use your skills and expertise to verify if the funds are received as per our process and deposited correctly in the clients account. You will use your experience with Process review and simplification to evaluate current procedures and provide recommendations on improving processing time and efficiency.
What will you do?
Ensure transfers are processed accurately and in a timely fashionProvide support to other operations members and branches as defined in service level agreement - SLAAbility to priorities daily tasksDemonstrate judgment in resolving issues/problems.Ensure that quality service is provided and represent RBC in a professional manner at all times.What do you need to succeed?
Must-haves
self-motivated individual – able to complete daily tasks in addition to assisting in other areasExperience with RPA; Lean Six SigmaMicrosoft Office skillsProven organizational skills.Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.Nice-to-have
Account Transfers experience.Project Management Business DegreeKnowledge of/exposure to lines of business: RBC Retail Branches, Direct InvestingJob Skills
