The Operations Officer is to provide a high quality, customer driven service by efficiently and accurately addressing customers’ needs. 

The Operations Officer is also responsible to handle any back office duties within the Operations Department which include

Assist customers whenever they engage with the company by telephone or by email regarding any enquiries, troubleshooting problems and provide information regarding the organisation's products or services;  Assisting with customer applications;Assist in the filing of merchant’s documentation;Assist with any back-office duties;Maintain and keep systems up-to-date with the merchants’ info;Liaise and work closely with other areas within the Company;


Skills / Abilities / Qualifications required

O Level standard of EducationIdeally possess a minimum of one year of experience in office duties;A good level of written and spoken English and Maltese;Proficient in MS Word and Excel;Ability to build and maintain good working relationships;Highly flexible with excellent organisational skills and customer service skills;Able to work on own initiative and prioritise workload;A good team player;

You can find our office is in Santa Venera, the job is on-site.


The successful applicant will be working 40 hours a week over a five day basis, from Mondays to Fridays.   On the job training is provided to the chosen candidate.
