Skills Required
Technical Understanding Experience in managing and administration of SOC MSS Projects Working knowledge on SIEM platform, MSS Technologies (Like DLP, Proxy, NAC, DDOS, WAF) is MUST Security operations Manager shall be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the SOC MSS teams across different technical domains Strong knowledge in network & Information security Fundamentals. Familiarity with incident response techniques, intrusion prevention systems, information security methodologies, authentication protocols and different IT Security threat mechanisms. Should be able to oversee the monitoring of security Alerts/Incidents, investigations of security incidents, and coordination across teams/ customer SPOCs. To work closely with Customer teams to ensure timely response, and resolution of security issues.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computers Engineering or comparable experience

Functional Requirements
Good in customer communication. Escalation Management Must have Experience in Managed SOC Services, and understanding of MSSP. Working Schedule (availability)– Across 24x7 shifts Education Qualification - Engineering Graduate Industry standard Security Certification is mandatory – either of CEH, CISM, CISA, CIPP/R Functional certification (like ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 etc.) preferred
