Operations Manager (Senior Associate)

Overview The Operations team manages client-specific operational tasks across virtually every practice area within the agency, including Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, Invoice Reconciliation, and Agency Administration & Compliance. We centralize and standardize fundamental work required across all pieces of business as well as bring tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, faster ways of working. Responsibilities Macro Tasks Project management Process improvements Best practice development, sharing, and enforcement Quality assurance Reporting & Compliance System Expert Daily Tasks Work hand-in-hand with Director on team roles and responsibilities, and prioritizing key projects across the team Connect with Strategy and Investment peers on account-specific requests Oversee and manage agency tools and systems: Maintain system hierarchies, structure, and user security Facilitate trainings for team members Create/enforce workflows & processes Support Data Governance and PM compliances Trouble-shoot any issues/questions that arise Ensure compliance for tasks such as: Managing client-specific billing procedures MediaOcean (OX & Prisma) product code updates and Guideline (MediaTools) database management Manage staff plans, time reconciliation reports, on and offboarding tasks Conduct media financial reporting (internal, external and budget/billing management) for US and Global markets Lead and oversee a team of offshore analysts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and fostering effective cross-cultural communication to drive operational excellence. Qualifications 1-2+ year experience in planning, operations, finance, project management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related Proficiency in making progress/completing work, even with overlapping deadlines An individual who equally cares about his/her own career as well as the Associates The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PPT and XLS (where filtering, pivoting, charts and graphs building are key) Quantitative and analytical skills, yet willingness to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science. Experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas. Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Brave voices who will suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo but can also help carry out the smart ideas of others. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
