We're now looking for a Warehouse Nights Ops Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nTo strategically manage all warehouse, distribution and maintenance activities in line with DHL's policies and vision, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of all functions, performance and productivity, ensuring safe and cost-effective methods are a priority consideration\nTo manage and implement the daily coordination of direct reports, ensuring that all schedules, regulations, records and working practices are up-to-date and in line with company policies and UK legislation, whilst maintaining excellent working practices and health & safety compliance across the business\nControlling your operational processes (inbound, picking, outbound, etc), fulfilling service level agreement and deadlines established.\nTo take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and the customer(s).\nManaging a direct team of x4 Shift Managers along with FLMs , colleagues on site. \nYou will be working in a food retail warehouse \n\n

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nPrevious and practical experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager within a busy logistics environment\nComprehensive knowledge of supply chain management and legislation\nExperience of managing, shift managers within a warehouse enviroment \nStrong leadership skills, with the ability to organise and train direct reports\nComputer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software programmes and packages\nAnalytical, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills\nHave experence in budget control and P& L Management \nHas previous resource planning experience \nHappy to work Sun - Thur ( 22:00 -6:00 ) Night shift \n\n
