Your tasks as Operations Manager:

\n\nImplementation, assurance, compliance and realization of Hilton quality, safety and service standards\nEfficient planning within budget guidelines as well as planning of forecasts\nDesign and control of effective staff deployment\nAgreement and establishment of departmental goals, tasks and incentives\nFurther development and improvement of gastronomic offers\nFocus on guest satisfaction & continuous improvement, e.g. based on our feedback tools\nEnsuring good and effective cooperation between departments and employee motivation\nContact person for our department heads, employees and trainees\nClose cooperation with the department heads\nSelection and recruitment of employees in cooperation with the Human Resources Department\nInstruction, instruction, guidance, implementation of training & education\nConducting development & performance reviews\n\n
