We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team here at Asda House!

As an Operations Manager, you'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders in order to develop, deliver

and maintain operation models that are key to drive retail excellence & category performance.

You'll also play a key part in supporting innovation and trials that evolve our food services proposition in line with the commercial strategy.

About YouStrong operational background in food retail, hospitality, or foodservicesExperience in developing and rolling out store-level processes and ways of workingExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, trial-and-scale environmentStrong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging field and store teamsAbility to analyse performance data and translate it into actionable insightsUnderstanding of food safety and compliance within a retail or foodservice context (desirable)Everything you'll love

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
