Job SummaryRosewood Miyakojima is seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager - Food & Beverage to oversee our All Day Dining Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Pool Bar. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service, driving guest satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance in alignment with Rosewood’s luxury standards.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.Uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food and beverage regulations.Required Skills – General skillsFluency in both Japanese and English is preferred.Minimum 10 years of management experience in Food & Beverage and Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field (required for foreign candidates seeking a work visa in Japan).Strong leadership, operational, and financial acumen.Prior experience in an upscale food and beverage environment is a plus.
