Provide leadership to ensure magnificent execution of, the operations team as it relates to inbound, outbound, inventory and all Distribution operations. Ensure compliance with GxP/FDA/ISO requirements and be a key player to optimize and coordinate findings from other Deliver and Make sites as appropriate. Work with all of the vital organizations (Engineering, Facilities, EHS&S, Planning, Suppliers, GDEx, as well as others) to provide day to day mentorship and longer-term strategic direction to the site within the scope of this role. Fosters and encourages inclusiveness and diversity. **Essential duties and responsibilities:** + Lead all aspects of the hiring, training, motivation, and development of cold chain operations team. Mentor, challenge, and develop employees. Implement appropriate practices, structure and norms for the team. + Lead all aspects of budget, spend and cost improvement initiatives. + Deliver on all target Metrics and KPIs + Partner E2E to drive operational efficiency and outstanding customer experience. + Partner with J&J to plan and provide future capacity and process improvements in support of new products and the company’s strategic plan. + Perform other work-related duties as assigned by site management team. **Qualifications** **Education:** A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain or equivalent field is preferred. **Required:** + A minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional work experience. + Supply Chain experience + Project Management experience; control of information flows, manage/control budgets and follow-up planning + Use of Good Manufacturing/ Distribution principles (GMP) principles + Knowledge of qualification and validation approaches + Capable to lead and motivate people, and coach them to develop and grow + Presentation and well-developed communications skills **Preferred:** + Distribution process and experience with temperature controlled products + Knowledge of FPX methodology + FPX, Six Sigma, Lean training + Knowledge of compliance, safety regulations, validation experience **Other:** + This position may require up to 15% of travel both internationally and domestically Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
