Wesco is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Abilene, TX, and we’re looking for a driven Operations Manager to help us lead the way. If you’re passionate about leading people, optimizing processes, and delivering top-tier customer service, this is your chance to make a significant impact from day one. **What You’ll Do:** As our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the helm of daily operations with a focus on inventory control, quality management, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a dynamic team—including warehouse associates, drivers, and coordinators—in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Will likely require training in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.)_ **Schedule** : This is 24/7 facility and although the standard hours for this role will likely be Monday through Friday overlapping the 1 st and 2 nd shifts, we expect flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and overnight, ensuring engagement with and support of all shifts/teams.
