Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee logistics for projects, workshops, and events, including scheduling, vendor management, and material preparation. • Develop and maintain effective workflows, timelines, and checklists to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines. • Monitor and review deliverables to ensure they meet organizational quality standards and expectations. • Provide administrative and logistical support to leadership and program teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Anticipate potential challenges in project execution and implement contingency plans to address them effectively. • Streamline communication and accountability through the implementation of organizational tools and systems. • Ensure team priorities are clearly defined and track progress to align with broader objectives. • Support the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and team activities to foster a collaborative work environment. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, event coordination, or project management. • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems proactively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience with tools and systems for project tracking and team communication. • Passion for education and a commitment to the organization's mission is highly desirable.
