Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our growing healthcare organization. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational functions, optimizing workflow efficiencies, and ensuring smooth integration of our healthcare services. While this position primarily focuses on managing operations, it offers significant growth potential for the right individual to eventually take on broader responsibilities as a member of our Executive Leadership Team. Our services include babies up to seniors all throughout Jefferson County and the adjoining 5 counties.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who can manage and streamline complex processes in a healthcare setting. You should have a proven ability to improve operational performance, ensure compliance, and drive organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and responsibilities of the Care Team while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring exceptional customer service through precise timely scheduling and reliable on-call coverage. Develop, implement, and maintain operational strategies that align with company goals. Work closely with department heads to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal performance across all teams including but not limited to key metrics. Implement and monitor systems for quality assurance and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks and developing solutions. Manage project timelines, resources, and personnel to achieve company objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and referral sources. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior leadership. Mentor and develop the operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Manage and oversee our off-shore employee’s responsibilities and adherence to healthcare regulations, HIPPA requirements and BrightStar standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Proven experience improving operational efficiency and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall company goals. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.Benefits:
