✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n\nTake operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and the customer(s).\nAnalyse and understand health and safety related risks for our associates, take action to reduce or eliminate these risks according to a prioritized plan\nTake responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards\nDriving continuous improvement quarter-on-quarter based on removing barriers to improved performance for the department where necessary\nLeverage Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program as a daily way to confirm behaviors and processes\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nHave strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing\nIT Literate with Microsoft Office Packages\nPrevious automotive customer experience would be an advantage \nHave a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.\nYou're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team\n\n
