Operations Manager
MAU is hiring an Operations Manager in Anderson, SC. As an Operations Manager, you will lead branch and site operations to meet client staffing requirements, achieve customer key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.

Preferred Education and Experience HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) Previous staffing or recruiting experience Lean Greenbelt Root cause analysis training Salesforce General Requirements Ethical conduct and personal credibility Strong analytical, math, and reasoning abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer/Client focus and relationship-building skills Problem-solving and hazard-identification abilities Essential Functions Select, train, orient, and supervise branch/division staff Evaluate performance, conduct appraisals, and manage employee relations Develop recruiting sources and oversee applicant flow Maintain client relationships through regular site visits and meetings Prepare proposals, customer service agreements, and operating budgets Direct staffing processes for internal positions and outsourcing projects Manage pay/bill rates and safety programs Oversee invoicing, payroll, markups, gross margins, and account classifications Lead staff meetings, training sessions, and orientations for new/current clients Attend civic and community events to promote company presence Participate in client review meetings to assess historical data, trends, and performance metrics Work Environment and Physical Demands Work in both administrative offices and manufacturing environments, which may include: Non-temperature-controlled areas GMP clean rooms Exposure to process manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, filing systems) Physical Requirements Lift 10–25 lbs occasionally Stand or walk for up to 8 hours Sit for up to 8 hours Walk in manufacturing environments and climb stairs as needed Travel 15–20% travel, mainly local to client sites, with minimal overnight stays
