As a Manufacturing Manager you’ll be leading Joining System & Solutions (JSS) business & organizations in Taiwan. You’ll get to:

制定廠部門年度工作目標、工作計畫與年度預算Develop annual goals, plans and annual budgets制定部屬年度培訓計畫、工作目標及工作計畫Develop annual training plans, goals and plans for subordinates制定及定期審定廠部門職能、組織架構及各級機構的職等與職位職責。Formulate and regularly review departmental functions, organizational structure, grade levels and job responsibilities at all levels of organization.制定並完善廠部績效考核管理規定。Develop and improve performance regulations.負責廠房規劃及生產部佈局。Responsible for factory planning and production layout.審批產能建置申請。Review and approve production capacity construction applications.審核、核准生產部管理文件。Review and approve production management documents.培訓直接下屬。Train direct reports.審核生產排程、請購單、發行月度產能報告。Review production schedules, purchase requisitions, and issue monthly capacity reports.日常監督部屬的職責履行。Daily to review performance of job with subordinates組織召開廠部週、月管理會議及年度工作總結會議，並佈置協調工作任務。Lead weekly and monthly meetings and annual work summary meetings, and assign coordination tasks.審核、核准廠部各崗位月度績效獎金的申報。Review and approve monthly performance bonus declarations.組織進行年度部門組織和職位的評審會議，確保組織機構的設置和職位職責的設定符合公司生產業務的發展需求。贯徹實施公司關於EHS的要求。Organize annual department organization and position review meetings to ensure that the organizational structure and position responsibilities are in line with the development needs of the company's production business. Implement the company's EHS requirements. .其他交辦Other duties as assigned.
