We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join the leadership team at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective operational management of the hotel, enabling Heads of Department to achieve and exceed their revenue, guest satisfaction, and service delivery targets.

What will I be doing?

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the operational excellence of the hotel. You will support and lead departmental teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and financial results. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate closely with the General Manager to proactively manage key property priorities, including capital projects, guest service enhancements, and facility upgradesContribute to the development of realistic and strategic hotel budgets and long-term goalsLead and inspire department heads and operational teams, ensuring performance goals are exceededReview and respond to internal and external audits, using feedback to drive continuous improvementDirect the seamless delivery of guest services across all operational departments with a sharp focus on quality and consistencyUphold and exceed Hilton brand service standards throughout the operationMonitor and manage departmental costs, identifying efficiencies and corrective actions where necessaryChampion the development of department heads, supporting career growth and succession planningActively gather and respond to guest feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyaltyLead regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team to align goals, share updates, and promote a culture of collaboration

Proven track record as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale hotel environmentStrong Food & Beverage leadership background, with hands-on experience managing outlets, events, and cost controlDeep understanding of hospitality operations, service delivery, and guest engagementExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitabilityStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to lead in a multicultural environment with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and team developmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational needs
