The role
As an Operations Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the contract, maintaining operational effectiveness and compliance across all functional areas, including Finance, Commercial, Legal, HR, and Engineering.
Day-to-day, you’ll act as the primary interface between the customer, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and issue resolution in a complex operational environment. You’ll also:
Maintain a strong and trusted working relationship with the in-country partner Director, addressing any concerns and providing assurance on contractual and operational matters Oversee contract execution, ensuring all deliverables align with contractual agreements, company standards, and regulatory frameworks Ensure the subcontractor meets performance, compliance, and safety standards as defined by the contract. Support discussions and negotiations with subcontractors to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and contract optimisation
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with deployment overseas.

Educated to Level 4 in the National Qualification Framework (NQF) or equivalent experience - HNC, Level 4 NVQ, or higher apprenticeship Must hold or be in the process of applying for professional accreditation - IEng or CEng Quality and HSE management qualifications - completed or in progressSecurity Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
