Operations Manager

What will your responsibilities be?

Organizing and leading of activities in production, maintenance and manufacturing dept.Cooperation on new investments within his/her scope of responsibility, support during preparation of new investmentsResponsibility for respecting of all rules, procedures and guidelines within his/her areaResponsibility for products quality, support during implementation of improvement actions and measuresDeputy of Plant Manager, replacement of managers reporting to him/herLeading CI & Cost saving initiatives within their relevant departments.Responsible for issue resolution & problem solving in your department and the correct use of industry standard  tools such as 8D

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

University degree - mechanical engineering/economicsExperience in team management5 years’ experience in a similar position – manufacturing / production / leading of a small plantOrganizational skillsGood knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
