Candidate needs to have experience leading teams and implementing processes that increase efficiencies. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: + College Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience + Proven work experience in a management role Preferred Qualifications: + Two or more years of Operations Management Experience + Two or more years experience leading a team of 15 or larger + Electrical Distribution or similar Distribution experience ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES: + Hard working and eager to learn + Effective communicator + Ability to motivate and lead others + Proficient with Windows Office programs + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Motivated and driven to be the best + Strong analytical skills + Ability to evaluate tough situations and determine a course of action + Familiar with business operating systems + Understanding of accounting paperwork flow + Ability to develop workflow charts + Experience developing new processes and implementation Working Conditions: Standard office environment and distribution warehouse environment. Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Essential Job Functions: + Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way. + People management skills + Team effort with PC Manager and Sales Manager on recruiting and hiring + Leading daily operations of the business + Recruit, train, and supervise our inside staff, consisting of: Inside Sales, Warehouse/Logistics, and Back-office. + Work together with PC Manager and Sales Manager to grow and expand the business. + Periodic evaluation of current processes and determine areas for improvement. + Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
