Accountabilities:
Operations Management and Service Level Delivery. Oversee day-to-day operations and deliverables of the organization maintaining consistent stakeholder satisfaction and ensure operational goals and objectives are achieved across all teams.People Management - Supervises, leads, coaches, and inspires team and promotes continuous development geared towards meeting/exceeding performance and stakeholder expectationsProblem Solving: Resolve issues including but not limited to personnel, business and fulfillment/technical-related issues and create an environment that fosters both employee development and organizational growth.Talent Development: Provide guidance and coaching, mentoring and assessment to develop our talent and help individuals reach their potential.Conduct weekly team performance reviews with team members and/or stake holders.Stakeholder Management: Participate in business related meetings and follow up on discussion items related to area of responsibility.Collaborate with other business leaders in looking for opportunities to drive improvementsRepresent department on cross-functional project teams.Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor’s degree in any fieldRemote team management skills requiredAbility to learn quickly, check details, meet deadlines and grasp product and process are business requirements to be able to effectively manage operations and assist in process improvement initiativesHighly experienced in effective people management, coaching, motivating, coordinating, and providing guidance to teams and/or individuals involved in servicing customer or content operations.Strong interpersonal skills and can easily build and sustain trust-based relationships with all levels of the organization. Demonstrate solid leadership skills in building enterprise value as an indispensable business partner.Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, project management and delegation skills.Strong attention to detail with ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern2 -5 years of related experience in leadership roleWe are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
