The Client:
An established, successful global investment firm that has an entrepreneurial and collegiate ethos.

The Role:
This is a fantastic Operations position which is varied & requires a genuinely hands on and organised approach. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Office and facilities management, which includes for example lighting, dishwashers, showers, air conditioning, recycling etcWorking with the building manager on other building management areasWorking the reception team and taking ultimate responsibility for visitor's experience, as well as working with the IT/Tech team to ensure phone systems are working efficientlyBuilding and maintaining relationships with current and new suppliers and venues. Hands on management and day to day responsibility including liaising with vendors, answering ad-hoc queries, problem-solvingOverseeing office security - maintenance of the door locking systems and ensuring fobs are allocated appropriately and tracked efficientlyEnsuring the office is kept clean and tidy at all times which will include hands on involvement, includes for instance cupboards, kitchens, coat cupboards and shower rooms etcManaging the cleaning staffInvolvement and coordination of the office move, liaising with senior stakeholders

Candidate Specification:

Prior experience in a 'lynchpin' Operations roleExperience of being responsible for an office move highly desirableFinancial services, boutique, investment/asset management background desirableHighly team-oriented with a muck-in, 'no job too big or small' attitudeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalOrganised and proactive, able to manage tasks and solve problems efficiently.Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

Salary up to £100k depending on experienceCore hours are 9-6pmFully office basedCompany benefits include discretionary bonus, pension contribution, 25 days holiday and season ticket loan
