Manages fill rates, physician and advanced practice provider schedules and templates dailyManages in reach or out reach as relevant to assigned practicesImplements actions to improve employee engagementEnsures standard work is implemented to achieve quality metricsProvides coaching, feedback and ensures development conversations are completed for all members of the teamServes as escalation point for patient access to careParticipates in PDSA's and other improvement activitiesProvides input into long-range financial planning, program development and capital planning processDelegates work to assigned supervisors if appropriateEducational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare leadership or clinical healthcare fieldOR
