About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery across a high-profile corporate contract. This is a key leadership role within our Corporate Services function, with responsibility for driving operational excellence and compliance across a diverse range of integrated soft services in a regulatory environment.

 

As the lead Sodexorepresentative for your business function, you will be accountable for theperformance, development, and transformation of service lines aligned to bothSodexo and client objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface with key stakeholders across the client business (Mars).Ensure compliant and efficient delivery of FM services within a regulated environment.Set clear priorities and lead circa 30 employees to meet business-critical needs.Monitor and improve operational performance, taking proactive steps where required.Drive transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and strategic service development.Champion safety, quality, and compliance with SHE and GxP obligations.Support and lead internal and external audits as required.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and development within your teams.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in operational leadership within regulatory corporate environments.Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive performance.Demonstrated experience managing teams across complex service portfolios.Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.Skilled in building and developing high-performing teams.Familiarity with LEAN principles, transformation initiatives, and service innovation.Experience in managing change, mentoring others, and delivering strategic objectives.
