Job Overview:

Assists with Establishing policies and procedures, objectives, work standards and Patient Satisfaction initiatives. Maintains quality control and compliance with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

Required:

BA/BS Degree required

Preferred:

Masters degree preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Functions:

Facilitates smooth functioning of all hospital areas with a focus on the patient experience. Coordinates and oversees in conjunction with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and program plans of the hospitalCollaborates with medical staff and management team to identify needs and improve services. Ensures compliance with Quality Improvement activities and The Joint Commission standards Facilitates the implementation of Environment of Care standards
