Implement long-term operations strategy which results in sustainable Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Align strategic initiatives (including new product development, new product introduction, equipment transfer) that achieve financial goals. Build processes and structure to support improvement and sustain gains. Understand current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities. Manage product movement in and/or out of internal operations as business needs change. Oversee and lead analysis for maximum efficiency. Monitor and oversee Equipment’s uptime/downtime, corrective/preventive/TPM program, to make data driven decisions and drive problem solving activities. Ensure compliance of Company’s Safety Policy to facilitate a safe working environment and achieve related EHS metrics. Actively lead broader production team driving positive culture.  Lead activities and projects to support continuous improvement.
