Responsibilities:

\n\nJoin forces with the Hotel Manager to craft and navigate the roadmap of key performance indicators\nTailor hotel budgets to achieve strategic milestones\nSupercharge productivity and master payroll efficiency\nOrchestrate a seamless guest journey across all departments, including driving the Guest Experience program\nLead the hotel management team to smash targets, control costs, and tackle challenges head-on\nIgnite team engagement and drive professional development\nChampion Occupational Safety and Health standards\n\n

\n

About You:

\n\nA degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent\nPossesses robust commercial insight, particularly within the Food and Beverage or Rooms Management sectors\nSkilled in handling budgets, crafting revenue proposals, and predicting financial outcomes\nDeep expertise in the hotel, leisure, and service industries\nOutstanding leadership qualities to effectively guide and energise the team, driving exceptional performance and surpassing goals\nDependable and adaptable, with the ability to excel under pressure\n\n

 

\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nExpertise in hotel property management systems\nProven track record in a comparable role \n\n
