**Overview**
Join our Global Business Development Operations team as a Manager and become a key player in driving global business growth at Publicis Groupe. This role offers an opportunity to lead important operational workstreams, focusing on process improvement and cross-regional coordination. Your efforts will ensure our pitches are executed with precision and efficiency. This position is perfect for someone with a solid background in business development operations who thrives on managing projects and enhancing team productivity.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the entire lifecycle of pitches, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
+ Support pitch qualification using data analysis and market research.
+ Assist in preparing high-quality research for pitch responses and presentation materials.
+ Identify and implement process improvements, integrating AI tools where beneficial.
+ Collaborate with technology and design teams for effective pitch execution.
+ Maintain and secure Business Development data, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
+ Gather learnings from pitches to support continuous improvement and team development.
+ Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
+ Experience in the advertising industry or a similar industry in an operational role.
+ Proven project management skills with a focus on timely, high-standard delivery.
+ Strong process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
+ Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
+ Quick learner with robust problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in data analysis with actionable insight delivery.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
