OPERATIONS MANAGER

Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. is seeking to employ an Operations Manager to join a diverse team of professionals dedicated to providing the best service to clients and colleagues. This position will report to the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
+ Project Management for new systems and processes in coordination with local and overseas stakeholders.
+ Create and manage system efficiencies to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and inform decision making, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
+ Collaborate closely with Human Resources to align operational needs with staffing, training, and development initiatives.
+ Efficiently allocate and manage resources.
+ Coordination of office policies with Privacy Officer and management.
+ Supervision of the Office Manager, Meeting Coordinators and Front Desk Staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
+ Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Bermuda leadership team, as required.
Required skills and experience:
+ A minimum of 10 years’ Bermuda (re)insurance industry experience with proven experience in operations management.
+ Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI (advanced).
+ Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across assignments and delegate appropriately.
