The Operations Manager is responsible for leading operational excellence across all shifts of operation. This position is responsible for the coordination of resources to ensure the on-time execution of the wastewater processing schedule to meet customer demands. Additionally, the Operations Manager drives the daily operations, leads the Operations teams, and works collaboratively with cross functional teams. Located at Hyundai Motors in Ellabell GA, the Operations Manager reports to the Area Manager.
What You’ll Do
An Operations Manager is responsible for but not limited to the following:
Leads, develops, and coaches a staff of Operators while utilizing Solenis’ processes and programs to ensure a safe and consistent work environmentMeets/exceeds wastewater processing goals defined by Area Manager, our customer and Solenis by managing the Operations departments and operational KPIsIs a critical leader and contributor to continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and effectivenessMeets or exceeds financial and budgetary goals for designated departments and the siteShares accountability for improving and sustaining autonomous and preventative maintenance by the operatorsDevelops, implements, and ensures adherence to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for each area of production assignedPartners with the maintenance department to coordinate planned maintenance activities Leads and supports root cause analysis, process and follow through for safety incidents and quality defectsTrains and coaches employees by utilizing the Solenis’ Performance Management and Training programsMaintains an up-to-date cross training matrix for every line.Contributes to development of annual operating budgets, especially relative to requiredlabor and labor training requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or similar degree or equivalent work experience At least 5 years of work experience in wastewater processing environment with at least 3 years managing a teamPerks!

The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $153,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
