Description As an operations manager, candidate will be responsible for managing last mile UTR and OTR operation, managing key metrics, creating capacities for high volume days, resolving queries from channel partners, coordinate with multiple stake holders including S&OP, Finance, Capacity planning etc. People planning, dive deep, simplifying process and establishing mechanisms to operate at scale are some of the critical skills for the role.
