Join an immersive operations training program at our Euclid facility, featuring:
Hands-on Welding Training: Develop practical welding skills through guided instruction, periodic skills assessments, and automation exposure. Rotations: Rotate through Safety, Quality, Distribution & Planning, and Operations, working on real business priorities across multiple departments. Selected department: work within a selected operations department that is tailored to your interests and aligned with current business needs. Potential Projects Develop Lean Six Sigma Knowledge and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Analyze workflows to uncover opportunities for simplifying and streamlining general operations. Contribute to ongoing CI projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across departments. Collect, interpret, and report on operational data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
