POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Leader is responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic programs and initiatives across the PSC PMO team. This role oversees cross-functional teams, ensures alignment with client objectives, and implements best practices in program governance, resource allocation, and performance tracking. By leveraging data-driven insights and operational expertise, the leader ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact, while continuously optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + RESPONSIBILITY

Lead and manage project teams to ensure efficient execution, high-quality work, and achievement of chargeability targets.Drive outstanding customer experiences by building strong client relationships and addressing their needs proactively.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.Mentor and develop direct reports, conducting regular performance reviews and professional development planning.Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, aligning with company strategy and decision-making processes.Analyze program data to identify trends and insights, develop customized client reports, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure alignment with strategic goals and continuous improvement.Support proposal development and contribute to securing new business opportunities.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related area required.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 8+ years in design/construction industry, 5+ years in a leadership roleProven success managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teamsStrong background in budgeting, scheduling, and quality controlExperience with project management software (Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)Skilled in client relations, regulatory compliance, and process improvement
