Collins Aerospace is seeking a results-oriented **Operations Lead** to champion end-to-end operations—from production planning and supply chain management to quality and delivery performance—for a high-visibility Value Stream. he Operations Lead acts as the responsible point of contact for all Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality throughout the product life cycle for the Value Stream. The Operations Lead is accountable for production planning, supply chain, production, quality and logistics to meet program milestones, successfully transition product to the factory, drive on-time delivery, ensure delivery of high quality products, support rate-readiness activities, and achieve cost targets for assembled products. The Operations Lead leverages their exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as regular engagements are scheduled with a strategic customer partner and multiple activities across multiple product lines to ensure on time delivery, within the design to cost targets. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
