Operations/Lead ESS Supervisor
Job Description Were seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor who can also serve as a Lead Techniciana dual-hat role designed for someone ready to grow with us. its a career path for someone whos looking to transition out of the field and into a leadership trajectory. Over the next 612 months, this position will evolve as they continue to build out our team. Youll be instrumental in mentoring and developing our existing pool of Level 2 & 1 technicians, helping them grow into Level 3 masters while instilling the unique culture and methodologies that define our work. What Youll Do First 30 Days: Dive into back-office operations Support project mobilization and sales lifecycle through closeout Learn our cadence of meetings and project flow from start to finish 6090 Days: Begin coordinating technician teams Lead by example in the field and in operations Train and mentor Level 2 technicians, helping them grow into Level 3 roles Ongoing Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and ensure project milestones are met Maintain high standards of professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork Foster a culture of growth, flexibility, and continuous improvement Serve as a bridge between field operations and project coordination We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
