Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Operations Director to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead our operational efforts, driving efficiency, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and optimizing our knowledge and data management processes. Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in consulting or professional servicesProven track record in implementing process improvements and technology solutionsStrong understanding of knowledge management principles and data governanceExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plansExperience with project management methodologies and toolsProficiency in data analysis and performance metricsThis role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our consulting operations and drive innovation in service delivery.
