Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead you will have strong experience in Resourcing to meet the staffing needs, sourcing exceptional talent through different supply sources, collaborate with different practices within ISL to understand the sourcing requirements and co-ordinate with internal teams, Workforce allocation and reduce time to billability, Drive system hygiene on demand, workforce planning. Very strong communication skills and good with reporting.
**In this role, you will**
+ Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to address staffing needs.
+ Identify sources of supply through various channels.
+ Workforce planning, allocations and reduce time to billability.
+ Pyramid Management and reduce cost of hiring.
+ Operational management on resourcing, including Service Order creation and Management, flagging for hiring and reduce the turn around time for fulfilment.
**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)**
+ 15+ years of experience in business operations, talent management and support.
+ Must have experience working with large MNC and in a matrix organization with diversified support groups

+ Sourcing, Talent Management, IT services fulfilments.
