In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate directly with our Head of Office Leasing Advisory to provide strategic leadership and comprehensive business support to our local agents, helping drive our team's success in the New Zealand market.

Snapshot of responsibilities:

Drive operational excellence through efficient completion of administrative tasks within deadlines

Proactively review and enhance existing processes to optimise internal systems and records

Lead the implementation of innovative procedures to improve team efficiency

Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate NZ Office Leasing Advisory operations with Australia and the broader JLL platform

Provide responsive support for client engagement activities and manage inquiries professionally

Partner with the marketing team and third-party providers to ensure delivery of premium client marketing materials

Maintain comprehensive client databases and oversee targeted CRM communications

Organise impactful client events and coordinate key meetings

Ensure rigorous adherence to financial and legal compliance requirements

Work strategically with agency leaders to meet all REA compliance obligations
