All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Monday - Friday **Location:** Palm Coast, FL **The role you’ll contribute:** The Operations Initiative Consultant serves as the primary resource to manage large scale operational initiative design and implementation within Primary Care Network practices. Acts as a primary contact between the practice leaders, executive leadership, AIT, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, and other departments to build operationally feasible plans to maximize practice effectiveness. Collaborates with Executive Director, Directors and other leaders to ensure team members are properly trained, develop practical and feasible workflows within the practices, and guide leaders in change management required to ensure successful and sustained implementation of process and projects across 100 PCN locations. Leads process improvement efforts within PCN locations with Director to ensure that the Primary Care Network is a top quartile organization. Ensures that all practice staff is properly trained in delivering standard work, that managers embrace and reinforce that training so that every experience in Primary Care Network is exceptional and reliable, and that we can meet our practice goals. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Works with subject matter expert teams and practice leaders early in the design process for practice initiatives. For example, referral management processes. + Conducts effective project management to ensure that all initiatives are well planned and that all tasks and change management are completed by leaders so that they are successful. + Works with training teams to develop materials that are effective and complete, focused on execution, service, and workflows for all initiatives. + Utilizes reports for analyzing data related to performance measures by practice and for Primary Care Network as a whole to determine what areas of focus are most needed to ensure success. + Identifies champions and leaders to implement pilots for new initiatives, ensuring all success metrics are defined at the start, data is collected at a baseline, and after the pilot to ensure that the pilot is meeting the goals. Make adjustments where needed. + Ensure that practice managers and directors are prepared to complete the change management process needed to ensure the success of all initiatives. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications:** + Associate degree and five years’ medical group practice operations. **Preferred qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field and two years’ medical group practice operations experience. + Process improvement experience in the healthcare environment + Project management experience + CMOM, MGMA Certification, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma Certification This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
